1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ChargeShield.ai (the "Service"), a service provided by Fourmiliere ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to:
- Process transactions that you know or suspect to be fraudulent.
- Use the Service in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Service.

- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
5. Fees and Payment
Certain features of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page in connection with such features. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Fourmiliere, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
